Who you are contracting with

ACR Index (acrindex.com) is operated by Eloquent Agency Nikola Mircic PR, Pop Vlade Zecevica 17, 21208 Sremska Kamenica, Serbia. Paid orders are sold through our reseller, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller of record for every transaction, issues the receipt, handles applicable sales tax/VAT, and is the party named on your card or bank statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase itself; these terms cover what we deliver and what the service is.

What the service is

We sell a draft Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR, commonly called a VPAT®): a structured, partly-automated evaluation of a product's public web pages against WCAG success criteria, prepared for a qualified reviewer to complete. It is not a finished, signed ACR and not a compliance determination - see what a draft ACR is and is not before ordering. Automated testing can show that a criterion fails; it cannot show that one is met, and no criterion in a draft we produce is ever pre-filled as "Supports".

Placing an order

You submit a request through our request form. We review it and, if the product is one our process can cover, send a quote by email with a price and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay through that link. Some products are not a good fit for this process (for example, content entirely behind a login, or a native mobile app) - if so, we say so instead of sending a quote, and nothing is charged.

Delivery

We aim to deliver a draft within a few business days of payment, by email, as a link to a private page. We may take longer for a larger or more complex product and will tell you if so.

Acceptable use

The draft is for your own use in preparing an accessibility conformance report for the product named in your order. Do not present a draft, unmodified, as a finished or signed ACR, and do not claim compliance based on it alone - see the disclaimers on the draft itself.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not test the product ourselves beyond the automated scan described above, we make no warranty that the draft is complete or error-free, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it without the review it calls for.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect is the one published here at the time of your order. Material changes affecting an order already placed will be told to you by email.
