1.3.1 Info and Relationships A Partially Supports Narrator, TalkBack, screen reader, NVDA and VoiceOver are reading content, drop down, buttons, links, text fields, labels, radio buttons, error messages, pop ups, ribbon bars, charts, and titles improperly. People relying on screen readers will be confused. VoiceOver reads extra controls that are not visible on the page. VoiceOver doesn’t read some table contents. People relying on screen readers will be confused as it’s not in sequential order, reading extra content, and not reading some content.

Screen Reader users don't understand the purpose of back arrow control if tooltip is not given. Users can still complete back action but with no audio feedback.

1.4.4 Resize text AA Partially Supports Zoom affects text resizing. Unable to see links, gravatar, pivotal tracker, base camp classic, select services, timeline link, log in to HockeyApp, invited by header, model name and title of popups properly when enable resize text to 200%. Versions, last updated, devices, timeline, release type, and last updated columns are missing when text is resized to 150%, 175%, and 200%.

The following are not in logical order:- after "more" option in the ribbon bar on "How to use HockeyApp with VSTS" page- took extra tab to reach to the first interactive element of webhooks page ( after webhooks (link) focus order is going to the "Visual studio team services" rather going to the "Create Webhook", "Webhook help" links)- took extra tab to reach to the interactive element("Icon"comprises of Show and Delete option)using Tab key- Focus is going from "Blog" to "Go to your apps" and escaping the controls ("Resources", "Support", "Mobile centre" dropdowns).- navigating from "settings and more" link to "subject text field" instead of "HockeyApp" icon- Focus Order is going out of the popup when Leave(popup) is enabled.- Focus is going to 'Log in' instead of 'Support Home', failing Focus Order- Focus is not going to dropdown when expanded instead it is going to start of the page- after tags text field focus order is coming on the Email text field but it should come on the "Link Security Groups" then on the "Email" text area
2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) A Partially Supports Descriptions of links are not descriptive enough to the user. Links for Narrator is not descriptive enough. View more links does not have a purpose for it. Distribution Groups have repetitive links. The following are not descriptive enough: - "here" and "below" links. The link does not properly inform the user what the purpose of the link is. And also Screen reader is not providing any information about this links.- Narrator is reading Links("here") as simply here without giving any purpose of that link.- Repetitive Links are present in Distribution Groups page with same name
2.4.5 Multiple Ways AA Partially Supports When a user is in a modal on the website, pressing the escape key should close the modal. It doesn’t on some of the modals.Impact of this is that users do not have to navigate through all the controls if other methods of navigation are not provided.
2.4.6 Headings and Labels AA Partially Supports Labels for forms on the website do not accurately describe the input fields and the labels that are programmatically determined are not displayed on UI.Because of this, users with disabilities causing slow reading or short term memory may have a harder time using the application.

3.3.1 Error Identification A Partially Supports User not notified with an error when submitting an empty or incorrect form filed. This is located on the password reset, sign in, manual linking and symbols upload forms.
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions A Partially Supports Screen reader is not reading error messages properly. Error identification are not depicted properly to users needing assistive technologies.
3.3.3 Error Suggestion AA Partially Supports Screen reader and Narrator are not reading error messages properly for forms. - Narrator is not reading the error message when Save button is pressed without filling the form- Narrator is not reading the error message when Invite button is pressed without filling the form- Narrator is not reading the error message when submit button is pressed without filling the form- There is no any error suggestion message provided, when no values were entered for the "Bundle Identifier "text field. The same goes for "Title" text field too.
