All reported criteria (50)
| Criterion | Name | Level | Conformance | Remarks from vendor |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.1.1 | Non-text Content | A | Supports | |
| 1.2.1 | Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded) | A | Not Applicable | |
| 1.2.2 | Captions (Prerecorded) | A | Not Applicable | |
| 1.2.3 | Audio Description or Media Alternative (Prerecorded) | A | Not Applicable | |
| 1.2.4 | Captions (Live) | AA | Not Applicable | |
| 1.2.5 | Audio Description (Prerecorded) | AA | Not Applicable | |
| 1.3.1 | Info and Relationships | A | Partially Supports | On the Home page, the screen reader is unable to navigate and read some of the text displayed on the page which reads: "You are registered for internal selfhost using MSA. From here you can manage the accounts you use for internal selfhost." On the Home, Device Setup, Stop Flighting, and Help & Support pages, the screen reader reads some hidden text that is not displayed on the screen. Thus, when the screen reader focus is on the Help & Support menu link and the user presses the next key, the screen reader reads hidden text that is out-of-context and confusing to the user. On the Home page, if the user focuses and hits enter on the "Skip to main content" link, it does not move the focus to the main content of the page. This is confusing to the user because the link does not work as expected. On the Home page, if the user has not yet opted into flighting, the NVDA screen reader is unable to read the main content on the page. This makes it difficult for the user to know what action to take on the page since they cannot read any description. If the user navigates to the banner landmark on the Stop Flighting page and hits next, the screen reader reads the hidden text, "OptOutUser - Microsoft Internal Registration Portal". On the Home page, if the user navigates to the main content, the screen reader unnecessarily announces the table structure. This information is not helpful to the users and should not be read aloud. |
